Neverendum and Partition

The most valid point I have heard in many months is the one stating that if Quebec can be removed from Canada by a referendum win of 51%, the communities of Quebec, by the same principle, must be able to remove themselves from Quebec by referendum as well! What is good for the goose is good for the gander Mr. Bouchard! If he can accept those terms, I say let the neverendum go on!
