Quebec and Native Peoples

Members may be interested to know that the British Parliamentary Human Rights Group is preparing a report on the human rights on the native peoples of the province of Quebec. We are very interested in their thoughts on their constitutional future and are alarmed that they may (after the next referendum) wake up to find that their nationality has changed without having given their prior consent.
